Anyone who directly works on the practical side of microbiology and fermentations. The module is best suited to those who have previously had little or no experience of aseptic techniques. The skills gained in this module are normally taught either on-the-job in industry, or on undergraduate microbiology courses. Students who have completed An Introduction to Microbiology will better appreciate some of the content but this is not critical. |
