    An interactive and practical course describing best industry practice for constructing bowtie diagrams.

    Programme Content and Key Areas

    The key components of the bowtie diagram are explained and discussed, using practical examples which the participants can bring with them to the workshop.

    There will be opportunities to put theory into practice throughout the workshop, constructing bowtie diagrams using Bowrtie XP software.

    The course includes a session on how to organise a bowtie workshop, and examples of good and bad practice.

    After this course participants will be able to:
    • Create bowties using a recognised and consistent methodology
    • Use BowtieXP Software to create bowties
    • Understand how best to run and organise a bowtie workshop
